Spanish and
Portuguese promoters of Art.6 ESF Local Social Capital projects have gathered and set up ARTE6 Network..
The seven Spanish LSC projects plus the Portuguese experience have decided to develop an
informal support network as a framework to share resources, and information as well as to
undertake a number of initiatives of common interest.

This organisation operates in Campo de Gibraltar (Algeciras). The activities developed by the association aim at the economic integration of people in risk of exclusion. In particular they manage several projects pursuing equal opportunities between men and women. .

This
organisation is active over the whole of the Spanish territory. Its main activity is
the development of several projects aiming at the occupational integration of women and
young people. The foundation manages training programmes and has set up business creation
counselling structures. In addition it supports international co-operation projects
intended to increase women participation in the political and economic life of developing
countries. Its LSC project is being implemented in the province of Cáceres.

ACAFAM manages a family welfare
centre and occupational integration programmes for people in risk of exclusion. Their LSC
project has the island of Tenerife as its geographical target area.

CIREMs main objective is
to promote social integration of disadvantaged people through training programmes, the
provision of support for self-employment initiatives and for the development of local
employment . The revitalisation of deprived city areas is also one of their core
activities. Within the framework of their LSC project their working at La Mina,
an outskirt district in the city of
Barcelona.

Foundation raises awareness, stimulates and advises businesses in their social actions. It
